JEFFERSON COUNTY — Two men are facing charges in Jefferson County, after deputies responded to Bubba’s Bar in Nason late Saturday night on a call of a burglary in progress.

Upon arrival Deputies met with the reporting party who had one of the alleged burglars captured in their front yard. The other subject was running away from the bar and was apprehended, after a foot pursuit, by deputies.

The subjects have been identified as 18-year-old Mason Dennis and 18-year-old Zachary Dolden, both of Eldorado. Dolden is facing felony burglary charges in Saline County from an alleged July incident in that county.

The two men allegedly broke a window on the business to gain entry to the business. They were found with money and property on them that reportedly belongs to the business.

Both Dennis and Dolden remain in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting the formal filing of charges and the setting of bail.
