FAYETTE COUNTY — The Vandalia Police Department is investigating the theft Friday of a Yamaha PW 80 motorcycle.

Police report the motorcycle was taken from the Pizza Hut parking lot shortly after noon Friday. The motorcycle was stolen out of the back of a pickup truck parked in the lot.
