CLINTON COUNTY — Four individuals were arrested over the weekend and are being held in the Clinton County jail on multiple drug-related charges.

Of the four, 22-year-old Zachary Logan, of Carlyle is being held on the most charges, including conspiracy to sell cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, manufacture with the intent to deliver cannabis, intent to deliver between 15 to 100 grams of cocaine, and bringing contraband into a penal institution.

Also arrested were 21-year-old Devin Starner, and 23-year-old Stephanie Snyder, both of Centralia. Starner is being held for alleged conspiracy to sell cannabis, manufacture with the intent to deliver cannabis, and intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of cocaine.

Snyder is being held for alleged possession of a controlled substance, and 18-year-old Cassidy Temple, of Albers, is being held for alleged conspiracy to sell cannabis, manufacture with the intent to deliver cannabis, and intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of cocaine.

Bail for Logan, Temple, and Starner has been set at $100,000 or 10 percent cash each and at $10,000 or 10 percent cash for Snyder.

They remain in the Clinton County jail awaiting the formal filing of charges at their first court appearances. There is no court in Clinton County Monday in honor of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday.
