According to the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, Jesse D. Horn pleaded guilty to a 2016 charge of Class 2 felony delivery of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 2 years. In that same case a Class 2 felony possession of meth charge and a misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Horn was also sentenced to 3 years for a 2017 charge of Class 3 felony failure by a felon to return from furlough. That term must be served consecutively to the meth-related charge.

In addition to the 5-year prison sentence, Horn must serve 1-year mandatory supervised release upon the completion of his prison term.
