Kroger and Schnucks are joining the list of retailers that will require customers to wear a mask to shop at their stores.
In a tweet Wednesday, Kroger officials said starting July 22, they will require all customers in all locations to wear a mask.
Schnucks stores on Thursday said they will require customers to wear a face mask or covering while shopping in its stores starting Monday, July 20, at all Schnucks 113 locations in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa.
Kroger and Schnucks join Walmart, who also announced the change this week, in requiring all customers to wear masks.
Update: Target and CVS are also joining and will start requiring customers to wear masks while shopping.
