ALBERS, Ill. — The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office is alerting motorists traveling Illinois Route 161 west of Albers that the roadway has developed a bulge or bubble in its surface.

This is the same area that the “sinkholes” occurred earlier this year. Please use caution when traveling in the area. IDOT has been notified.
