JUNCTION CITY — Junction City Hall is urging residents to check their water bills to make sure everything is correct.
Village officials say they have found migrating their customer information over from the old database to the new one, has caused some issues with tracking of payments and fees.
According to a post from the village on social media, some customers’ payments have been missing, along with adjustments, and late fees.
The village is also alerting customers to the new due date of the 27th for all water bills.
