COUNTY LINE — It appears the semi may have jumped the barrier and is in the water of the Kaskaskia River.

Westbound 64 is shut down to one lane only. Traffic is backed up between two and three miles between the 35 and the 36-mile markers

Officials from Illinois State Police and IDOT are on the scene assessing the situation.
