MARION COUNTY — A 33-year-old missing Louisiana man was reportedly on his way to visit his son in Salem, Illinois when he disappeared on November 5.
Jared Michael McColloch reportedly left his home in Marion, Louisiana, to visit his son in Salem and was last seen at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, November 5, near West Main Street in Salem. A bank transaction was made near West Green Street in Centralia at 2:33 p.m. on November 6. Jared has had no phone or bank activity since.
However, his 2020 White GMC Sierra 4-door truck with Louisiana plate number C838681 was found abandoned with his dogs inside on Monday, November 6, in Vincennes, Indiana.
Jared is described as a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. It’s believed he was wearing a brown Carhart jacket, blue jeans, and a light blue shirt.
