CENTRALIA, IL — The Kaskaskia Theater Department is bringing the holiday classic It’s a Wonderful Life to life with a unique twist: a live 1940s radio play. Directed by Nathan Young, this adaptation by Joseph Landry features an ensemble cast that brings dozens of characters to the stage, recounting the heartwarming story of George Bailey and his Christmas Eve crisis. Performances are set for this weekend… today, tomorrow, and Sunday… with a matinee on Saturday at 3 p.m. Shows start at 7 p.m. nightly, and while admission is free, tickets are required.
