Known for her expertise in budgeting, economic development, and infrastructure projects, she secured millions in grants and strengthened financial reserves in Hannibal. Salem officials say Peck’s leadership and vision for economic growth make her an ideal fit for the role. Peck says she is eager to work with the community and continue Salem’s development.
