CENTRALIA, IL — Centralia Police arrested a 31-year-old Centralia man on Friday for alleged home invasion, aggravated assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and intimidation.
Marcelino Garcia-Santiago was taken to the Marion County Jail to await the formal filing of charges and setting of bond. Santiago was arrested in March and charged in Clinton County Court with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He’s scheduled in that case for a first appearance with an attorney on July 27.
Court records also appear to list an order of protection issued against him in May for a woman in Centralia.
