WILLIAMSON COUNTY — Local agencies Sunday morning began an extensive ground search for 81-year-old Janet Borowitz, a missing and endangered elderly woman from rural Williamson County.

Borowitz is a white female, standing 4’8” tall weighing 100 lbs. She has blond hair and is wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and black shoes. She was last seen at 5031 Bald Eagle Lane in Carbondale around 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Borowitz has a condition that places her in danger.
