JEFFERSON COUNTY — Eleven people have been arrested as part of a months-long drug investigation in Jefferson County.
A total of 24 people were wanted on 29 drug-related charges. The warrants came after an ongoing investigation by the Mt. Vernon Police Department/Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Joint Narcotics Division.
As of 3 p.m. Wednesday, 11 of the 24 were in custody. They include:
